Storage company wins business award

STAFF at a self access storage centre in Machynlleth are celebrating after receiving a prestigious award for business improvement through people in the UK.

Mid Wales Storage Centre held a plaque presentation this week after winning an Investor in People award, which was unveiled by Montgomeryshire MP Glyn Davies.

The centre, which was set up more than 12 years ago, received the award as a result of NVQ Level Three training in Business Admin, which was completed by three of the office’s four staff.

Glyndwr Jenkins, owner and director of the company, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Mid Wales Storage.“I would like to congratulate our office team on their commitment to continuous improvement of the company. This award shows that we are committed to the people who work for us and to the quality of service we provide to our customers.”
