Man plunged 200 feet to his death from cliff

A 32-YEAR-OLD man plunged more than 200 feet to his death from Constitution Hill in Aberystwyth on Wednesday afternoon, while a second man who had gone down to help him had to be airlifted to hospital.
Police on Friday afternoon named the dead man as Mark Peter Grybowicz, from Haydock, St Helens.
Mr Grybowicz is understood to have tried to climb down the cliff, but got into difficulties a short way down at around 4.45pm.
His friend, understood to be Paul Cliff, 24, of Welshpool, tried to climb down and help. However, he slipped and fell, but managed to control his fall by grabbing onto rocks on the way down, eventually landing at the base of the cliff having suffered cuts and bruises to his legs and shoulders.
