So many ways to improve wellbeing
OVER 350 people attended the third annual Bro Ddyfi Keep Safe and Well Day at the Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre, Machynlleth.
This free event was jointly funded by Bro Ddyfi Communities First and Powys County Council’s Wellbeing Activity Grant, and organised by Bro Ddyfi Communities First in response to Health Challenge Wales.
The leisure centre was filled with a wide range of exhibitors highlighting services and activities available locally and throughout Powys that can improve and maintain people’s health and wellbeing.
There was information and advice available on waste awareness, crime prevention, local transport, volunteering, Keep Wales Tidy, incomes, pensions, housing, healthy lifestyles, loss of or diminishing sight and hearing, social care, and lots more.
Pictured at the Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre during its Keep Safe and Well Day are the Keep Wales Tidy Tidy Towns contingent: project officer Delyth Richards, Grace Buttler, Samantha and Georgia Clarke.
