Dylan dream realised

A TOURISM-boosting Dylan Thomas centre is now open in New Quay after the dream of charity and shop workers was finally been realised, writes Hannah Smith.

The centre is open at Manchester House - number eight on the town’s Dylan Thomas Trail - to help boost tourism in the town where the famous writer spent much of his life.

The centre was inspired by town charity, Cei Dev Ltd, the Dylan Thomas Trail and May and Sion Hopkins who run the health food and art shop in the same building.

And their dream is now a reality as they open their doors to offer Dylan Thomas related books and information about his life in the town.
