Artist Helen makes the Who's who

A NEWCASTLE Emlyn artist has found fame after being included in the latest edition of a ‘who’s who’ of contemporary British art.

Helen Elliott (pictured) has been honoured with an inclusion in the 34th edition of Who’s Who in British Art.

The artist, who has been painting professionally for over 15 years, said seeing her name in print alongside some of the country’s most well-known artists is the best recognition she could hope for.

The book is published every two years and includes biographies of the top names in contemporary art from across the country.

A biography about Helen and her artwork is now included in the latest edition in what she said was a “real confidence” boost.

Helen specialises in painting scenes in and around her home in the town.
