Furious builders claim work wasn't paid for

FURIOUS developers have hit back at a Gorsgoch grandmother who claimed a property they built for her was structurally unsafe and left her £50,000 out of pocket.

Directors of Bryn Homes, which was accused of building an unsafe bungalow and leaving the build unfinished, said this week it was all down to lack of payment, and that the matter has been going through the solicitors for the past seven months.

Homeowner Fiona Livermore, who runs a stud farm near the unfinished build, claimed the company owed her tens of thousands of pounds and that despite paying them £50,000 up front, her home was not finished and was structurally unsafe.
