INFORMATION has been given regarding the ownership of Cae Bryn Coed.

Although Gwelliannau Ffestiniog holds a long term lease on the land, it has just come to light that Gwynedd Council transferred ownership of the land to Cartrefi Cymundebol Gwynedd in 2010.

This information is very worrying for Gwelliannau Ffestiniog and the Ffestiniog Town Council and the equipment on the field has been donated to the Town Council to secure their insurance and maintenance.

In the meantime the town council, in accepting the information, are awaiting further information about the situation.
