Madam,

The closing of tourist offices is, to my mind, wrong. If these are closed it does give the impression Wales has nothing to see or advertise, nothing different going on here. Tourist offices are wheels within wheels of knowledge for the traveller and visitor, telling them of places to go and see, which they wouldn’t even know about without these offices. While recognising the need to scale down, tourist information centres definitely need to stay, even if in a smaller way. The same goes for closing the toilets. This is not progress, it is going backwardness.
