Easter Egg Hunt
DOG lovers in Aberdyfi organised a giant Easter egg hunt in the village over the Easter weekend.
With financial help from Aberdyfi Advertising and Improvements (AAI), entrants were required to search for letters displayed in shops and eateries in the village.
When all the letters had been found, entrants were asked to use the letters to solve an anagram related to Dyfi the Dog.
All competitors’ forms were then entered in a draw on Easter Sunday afternoon and the entrants of the first three correct answers pulled from the hat were presented with prizes.
The winner of the first prize of the giant Easter egg was Charlie Mewis, a 3-year old boy on holiday with his family, who was absolutely over the moon when he saw his prize. Charlie’s egg was almost as big as he was and may have needed some considerable help from his friends and family to eat it all.
The organisers would like to thank everyone who supported this very successful event.
