Over 3,000 new cases of coronavirus and eight deaths have been recorded across Wales today, according to the latest figures.
Public Health Wales have reported 3,400 new cases of Covid-19 nationwide, with 61 in Ceredigion, 228 in Carmarthenshire and 133 in Pembrokeshire.
None of the eight deaths recorded today have been in the Hywel Dda Health Board region of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, with the total number of fatalities since the start of the pandemic in that region remaining at 526.
One new death has been recorded in the Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board region of north Wales, taking the total number of deaths to 1,042.
No new deaths have been recorded in Powys with that county’s number of fatalities from Covid-19 remaining at 73.
