I shall watch the progress of the e-bikes trial in Aberystwyth (Cambrian News, 18 March) with interest. The electrical assistance makes a great deal of sense, given the gradients encountered in our area.

You refer to these as ‘Boris Bikes’ in headlines (pages 1 and 6). This seems perverse as they are funded by the Welsh Government.Senedd Cycles, please.
