Madam,

It really is time to stop feeding the red kites. They are amazing creatures and they almost died out.

One flew over our farm in the sixties and we told our daughter not to tell anyone, because they were so rare and some naughty people like to steal rare things. She kept that secret for over 30 years.

However, human beings seem to have a habit of overdoing things - good and bad. It is now overdue that we let these birds find their own level. We must ease off.
