In this month of remembrance, I’d like to draw attention to a new project co-ordinated by Age Cymru Dyfed and supported by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.

The West Wales Veterans Archive is a pioneering project that captures the stories of military veterans living in, or with connections to, West Wales. It is designed to be authoritative, publicly accessible and sustainable. It will become a valuable learning resource for historians, researchers, schools and colleges and, for family historians.
