Madam,

Well, St David’s Hotel has finally hit the dust. I’m wondering what will take its place.

This site would be perfect for some luxury bungalows, maybe, perfect for retirement or even luxury houses, the view would be second to none. Yes, I think this site will be snapped up very quickly.

The site would also be good for a spectacular hotel complex, but I’m thinking it needs a new look, away from that mode.

Once this site is totally cleared, the view will be revealed and it will be one of the best in Harlech, making it a very sellable venue. Harlech needs an extra something. What will it be?
