A cheque for £400 was presented on behalf of Lampeter Farm Women’s Club by Heini Thomas (centre) to Ann Davies and Jennie Bracher from the Llanybydder and Lampeter branch of the British Heart Foundation.

The money was raised in memory of Mrs Thomas’ mother, Margaret Jones, who was a loyal member of both Lampeter Women’s Club and the Llanybydder/Lampeter branch of the British Heart Foundation committee.

The presentation took place during their March meeting at the Castle Green Restaurant.
