Mae Menter y Ring yn chwilio am denant ar gyfer tŷ rhydd cymunedol y Brondanw Arms (y Ring), yn Garreg, Llanfrothen. Dyma gyfle gwych i redeg tafarn chwedlonol, gyda chefnogaeth dros 900 o gyfranddalwyr cymunedol.
Mae Menter y Ring yn Gymdeithas Budd Cymunedol, a’i nod yw diogelu tafarn groesawgar, sy’n cynnig diodydd o safon a bwyd lleol, er mwyn dod â phobl at ei gilydd a dathlu diwylliant. Rydym yn chwilio am denant dawnus all redeg busnes llwyddiannus, cynnig gwasanaeth Cymraeg, a chydweithio yn effeithiol gyda’r gymuned.
Byddwn yn codi rhent o ddim ond £600 y mis nes 31/03/2026 er mwyn rhoi’r cychwyn gorau i’r busnes.
Fel sefydliad nid-er-elw, mae’r Fenter wedi derbyn tri grant yn barod, a byddwn yn buddsoddi’n helaeth yn y dafarn a’r ardd dros y blynyddoedd nesaf.
Yn wahanol i denantiaid y bragdai mawr, fydd dim rhaid i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fuddsoddi yn drwm mewn dodrefn a gosodiadau, gan ein bod yn gweithio i ddarparu busnes sy’n barod i fynd. Rydym wrthi yn ail-addurno’r adeilad a gosod seler a bar er mwyn rhoi cyfle i denant agor erbyn gwyliau’r haf.

Menter y Ring is searching for a tenant for the newly community owned freehouse, the Brondanw Arms (y Ring), in Garreg Llanfrothen. This is a brilliant opportunity to run a legendary pub backed by over 900 community shareholders.
Menter y Ring is a Community Benefit Society whose mission is to safeguard a welcoming pub, serving high quality drinks and local food, to bring people together and celebrate culture. We are looking for an innovative tenant who can run a strong business, offer a bilingual service and collaborate effectively with the community.
We are offering a rent of just £600p/m until 31/03/2026 to kickstart the business.
As a not for profit organisation, the Menter has already had three successful grant applications and will be heavily investing in the pub and beer garden over the coming years.
Unlike tenants of major breweries, our successful applicant or applicants will not have to invest heavily in their own fixtures and fittings as the Menter is working to provide a business which is ready to stock and go. We are currently in the process of redecorating and installing a cellar and bar in order to give the successful tenant the opportunity to open in time for the summer holidays.
