A CHURCH was both “full and lively” after crowds of children took over for the morning.
On Monday, 7 August, St Peter’s Church in Aberdyfi held the first of its ‘Messy Church’ activities aimed at encouraging children and families into the church.
Organisers Alison Sayes and Jane Farley were thrilled with the response and support for the first of their ‘Messy Church’ activities.
“Messy Church is a way of involving families into church based on creativity, hospitality and celebration,” said Alison.
“We are delighted to see so many here this morning eager to take part, and it was lovely to see the church so full and lively!
“We will be holding another session here at St Peter’s on Monday, 21 August, so we hope to see lots of families here again then."
