CHAIRPERSON Edwina Evans thanked Cllr Judith Stevens for organising the Christmas late-night opening on 1 December, and everyone else that helped on the night.
There is concern that people are giving up their allotment plots. If anyone has any interest in renting a plot they can contact the community council clerk.
Cllr Freya Bentham gave a report after attending a meeting of the Harelch and Ardudwy Leisure Centre.
The clerk also said she had received an e-mail from HAAL saying a misunderstanding had occurred and that they still need financial support from the community council during the 16/17 financial year, as they are down £2,750 in their budget.
The community council replied that they were of the understanding from the meetings that had been held that HAAL didn’t need all of the money usually given to them by the community council this financial year, due to the increased precept starting in April 2017, and that Gwynedd Council were going to give £20,000 to HAAL to keep them going until April 2017, and so it was agreed not to give them more financial help at present.
