Bell ringers

AT 11.30pm on New Year’s Eve, a group of St Padarn’s Bell Ringers assembled to continue the custom of ringing out the old year and ringing in the new.

Visitors to the tower are always very welcome as was Adam and Trish Vellender’s newborn son, Thomas George.

Everyone was delighted to welcome the family and Adam had a good ring on the tenor at the end of the session.

The ringers warmly welcome visitors to the tower and practice nights are Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 9pm and Sunday Service ringing is from 9.15am until 10am.

There will however, be no practice on Wednesday, 16 January, as the ringers will be at the pantomime.
