Gardening club
THE annual flower and vegetable show will be open to the public in the community centre, Mount Lane, on Saturday, 25 August, from 2pm to 4pm.
There will be refreshments, a tombola, plant and produce stalls as well as stunning displays of flowers, fruit and vegetables.
Bingo for Marie Curie
THERE will be bingo at the rugby club on Wednesday, 29 August, in aid of Heather Pugh’s Canadian Rockies Trek for Marie Curie.
Coffee morning
KELLY’S Kat Rescue is holding a coffee morning at the Old Mill on Saturday, 1 September, from 10am to 1pm.
Exhibition
A QUILTING exhibition at Minerva Arts Centre features antique quilts and contemporary work from Bethan Ash, Deborah O Hare and Cwilt Cymru.
It is on until 8 September, available to view Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 4.30pm.
Volunteers wanted
VOLUNTEERS are wanted to welcome visitors to the Old Market Hall.
Do you have any time to spare between 11am and 4pm on any Sunday, or lunchtime any day Tuesday to Saturday from the beginning of May to the end of September?

Friends Together
YOU are invited to come in and join everyone on the second Wednesday of each month at St Idloes Church Hall, from 2pm to 2.30pm.
