THE president welcomed 17 members on a visit to the honey Farm at New Quay on 5 June.

It was a very interesting place with an exhibition which was visited by most of the members.

There was a shop displaying all kinds of honey and honey products and also a café, where the business side of the WI was conducted before they were served with delicious cream tea.

It was a very enjoyable afternoon in beautiful sunshine and a country setting.

Next meeting will be the annual garden party on Monday, 2 July.
