Fund-raising dinner success

Edible Mach Maethlon, the community-led project that grows edible crops, enjoyed a successful fund-raising dinner on Sunday, 28 January.

They have thanked all who attended – the support will allow them to carry on growing around the town and organising Clwb Coginio and evening food workshops.

They also thanked Michael Sverdlov, The Green Goat Café and Aber Food Surplus for preparing the meal, all the volunteers who helped with set up and take down and Machynlleth Bowling Club for continuing to provide a great venue for community events.

Finally, everyone who has signed up to be a regular donor as part of the ‘Friends of Edible Mach’ scheme.

This support really is vital for the smooth continuation of the project. If anyone is interested in signing up too, please get in touch the group.
