On Thursday, the club met at the Hungry Trout for the Christmas meal.

The evening also included an in-house, open themed, print competition.

The prints were critiqued, between courses, and finally judged, by the very experienced and talented guest judge, Roy Thomas.

Mike Jones emerged the worthy winner, with a multi-layered mono print.

Sue McDermid was awarded the annual trophy for the highest scores for PDis in competitions throughout the year. An excellent evening was enjoyed by all.

The final meeting of the year, on 21 December in the Memorial Hall at 7.30pm, will be a Christmas-themed Portrait Practical Evening.

New members, regardless of experience, are always very welcome.
