A WELL-ATTENDED coffee morning with lots of cakes raised £158 for Macmillan.
Erwyd Howells, the gifted local raconteur and shepherd, will be talking at the village harvest supper at 6.30pm on Saturday, 7 October, at the community centre.
This looks set to be an amusing and interesting evening. Booking in advance is required.

On Friday, 27 October, from 6pm to 10pm at the Ship Inn, a pop-up pub will be appearing for one night only to support the Ohio Project which will commemorate the bicentennial of the migration of many Ceredigion people to Ohio during the early 19th century – they were lead by one John Jones, owner of the Ship Inn.
