Coed y Bont

THE next Coed y Bont event for families is the Bont-famous Teddy Bears Picnic which will be on Sunday, 13 August, starting at 10.30am, and ending at 1pm.

Sarah Parry and Helen Thomas will be waiting to meet the teddy bears who will bring along their favourite well behaved children.

The teddies would also really enjoy a picnic in the woodland so remember to bring some deliciously scrumptious food and drinks.

There will be fun and games as well as learning how real bears live and survive in the wild, some in forests and jungles and others in ice and snow.

Now, Bont weather is a little unpredictable so wear suitable clothing but if it is a rainy morning the event/picnic will be cancelled (who wants soggy cakes and sarnies?).

A small donation is optional, so teddies, children, mums and dads come along and enjoy a jolly good morning.

Bont Show

THE annual Bont Show will be held on Dolfawr field on Saturday, 19 August, to start at 11am.
