THERE will be holding a special preaching service 10am-11.10am with bilingual communion followed by three speakers addressing the important questions: “How can I overcome challenges in life?” “Does God even know who I am?” and “Are the Heavens closed to me?”
Then Sunday School (for all ages) 11.20am-12pm; and Section meetings (men, women, youth, children) 12.10pm-1pm.
Inner Wheel Club
AT the June meeting president Sheila welcomed everyone, especially Helen and her husband John Churchill; because of illness Helen has missed many meetings and it was wonderful to see her.
Margiad read the prayer and gave the International Toast to Delft club in the Netherlands.
Distribution of the GB & I charity fund for 2017/18 was discussed and members chose four local ones.
Plans for the street stalls by the park in Porthmadog on Thursday, 21 June were finalised.
The charity benefitting from the sales is the Alzheimer’s Society, both local and UK.
The AGM took place afterwards.
