Clwb y Bont

Y GWR gwadd i’r cinio Nadolig oedd Iestyn Tyne, Boduan.

Llanc ifanc 20 oed, sy’n astudio Cymraeg ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth.

Bu ei rieni, o Loegr, yn ffermio ar Ynys Enlli ac yno mae ei atgofion cynharaf.

Adroddodd rhai o’i gerddi am yr ynys, cerddi gafaelgar hawdd eu dilyn. Yna cododd ei ffidil a chwarae tair jig Gymraeg.

Trodd wedyn at rannau o’i awdlau buddugol.

Cyhoeddodd, fel arbrawf, gyfrol o’i waith heb gymorth nawdd ac mae cylchgrawn creadigol newydd o’r un anian hefyd ar gael.

Noson amrywiol, wefreiddiol yn ysgogi’r dychymyg gan wr ifanc amryddawn iawn.

Food Bank

THIRTY two packs were handed out in November; 19 single/couple packs and 13 to families making the total handed out this year to date 358.

There was an excellent coffee morning on 25 November during Pwllheli’s Hwyl yr Wyl weekend and raised £409.

Thank you to all the bakers, donors, volunteers and everyone who attended.

This money will help stock up for the Christams Giveaway.

The Christmas Giveaway will take place on Tuesday, 19 December.

It’s a very special and busy day, when as well as the usual food packs, they give away something special, such as tins of ham, salmon, mince pies, Christmas pudding, chocolate, biscuits, selection packs and gifts for the children.

If you’d like to donate something for this special day, do let them know, or drop them off at St Peter’s Church on a Tuesday or Friday 2-3pm.

If you can spare the time, we are also looking for volunteers to help out on the day from around 12-4pm.

Contact them for details.
