According to local legend Carreg Bica is one of the devil’s teeth, ripped out in anger owing to toothache and thrown to its current landing place.
The walk starts from outside Y Talbot at 9am and the walk is to last approximately four hours and is graded a moderate walk which covers 6.5 miles with an ascent of 1700ft/520m.
