Madam,

Cllr Paul James was a person of strength with purpose, who cared for what’s truly right, which was shown throughout his life.

Early stages of his existence were given to the armed forces and to foreign parts, where he served well.

Political value was given to help others who had no solid voice and, after being faced with his own personal health difficulties, his dedication to raise awareness sadly took his life.

You are not gone Paul as you’ll never be forgotten.
