A Borth man has been fined after admitting being in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit through drink.

Lawrence Glaus, of Flat 1, Steeplejack, High Street, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 15 October.

The 40-year-old admitting being in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit through drink on Penglais Hill in Aberystwyth on 5 July.

He was fined £80 and handed 10 penalty points on his licence.

He must also pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.
