A Cardigan man has been handed unpaid work after admitting breaching a community order.
Liam Tong, of Flat 3, Llwynon, Priory Street, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 30 September.
The 28-year-old admitted a charge of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Welshpool Magistrates Court on 13 January by failing to advise of whereabouts and missing appointments on 27 January and 2 February.
Tong was initially handed the community order for drug driving offences in July last year.
Tong was handed a fresh community order by magistrates to include 80 hours of unpaid work as well as up to 10 days of rehabilitation activities.
He must also pay £60 costs.
