A Cardigan woman has been fined after being caught driving while using a mobile phone.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 2 April that Helen Louise Thompson, of 28 Bron y Dre, was caught behind the wheel of a VW Golf while using a mobile phone on Finch Square in Cardigan on 30 August last year.
The 56-year-old was fined £83 by magistrates and had three penalty points added to her licence.
She must also pay £85 costs and a £33 surcharge.
