A company that operates an Aberdyfi holiday park will appear in court charged with breaching an environmental permit and failing to comply with an Enviromental Permitting notice.
Trehaven Leisure Ltd, which operates the Plas Plant Eidal Holiday Park, is facing two charges of failing to comply with an environmental permit with amounts of sewage being produced, and of failing to comply with a notice by not providing Natural Resources Wales with (NRW) a report into a sewage treatment plant. All three charges related to a period on or before 19 January 2018.
A NRW spokesperson said that a hearing at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court had been adjourned with another court date yet to be scheduled.
