AN YSGOL Penweddig teacher has won an appeal against his dismissal last year at an employment tribunal.
David Reeves was disciplined following complaints about his behaviour.
NASUWT union members went on strike for three days in support of Mr Reeves forcing the closure of the school for pupils from year 7 to year 10.
The union welcomed the tribunal’s judgment".
Ceredigion Council said it was "extremely disappointed" with the ruling.
