CARDIGAN watch manager John Mitchell said he is very proud of the achievement of his watch after a recent 12.5-mile sponsored walk in aid of two-year-old cancer sufferer Eliza Donnelly.

John wished to thank all the residents of Maes Mwldan for getting involved with their own fund-raising to raise £125 towards the fund, bringing the total figure to £4,103.25.

He is pictured presenting a cheque to Nikki Thomas on behalf of the Donnelly family, and thanked everyone for their community spirit, support and generous donations.
