YSGOL Pennal pupils are wowing visitors to St Peter ad Vincula Church in the village with their stunning exhibition of the Green Man.
The Green Man has special significance for the Pennal Church, which is thought to have, in its east window, the only image of this ancient figure shown in glass.
In most churches the Green Man is a gargoyle in stone or wood carved on pillars or in the roof.
Some pictures were entered in the 2018 Urdd Eisteddfod. Jacob Gross, Martha Gilbert, Tomos Gilbert and Jac Oliver Williams of Adran Afon Corris and Pennal were all awarded a prize for their efforts in the Dysynni area art and craft eisteddfod.
Visitors to St Peter ad Vincula will be able to enjoy the Ysgol Gynradd exhibition of the Green Man during the coming months.
