Over 820 new coronavirus cases have been reported across Wales today, according to the latest Public Health Wales figures.
Four new Covid-related deaths have also been recorded in the data. These take the total death toll since the start of the pandemic to 5,610.
Of the 824 cases reported in Wales, 10 were in Ceredigion, 18 in Carmarthenshire and 17 in Pembrokeshire.
The national rate of infection in Wales, which is taken from a rolling seven-day period, today covering 19 July to 25 July, stands at 152.7 cases per 100,000 population.
The rate in Powys remains higher however, as it currently stands at 179.0.
The rate is lower than the national average in Ceredigion (101.8), Pembrokeshire (94.6), Carmarthenshire (85.8) and Gwynedd (93.1).
As of the week ending 25 July, 521,504 doses of vaccine have been administered by Hywel Dda, 930,431 by Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board in the north, and 198,663 by Powys Teaching Health Board.
