THE latest data on the coronavirus pandemic from Public Health Wales has revealed six new cases of the virus in the Hywel Dda health board, and one in Gwynedd.

Of those, two are in Ceredigion, four in Carmarthenshire and none in Pembrokeshire.

One new case has been recorded in Gwynedd, and no new cases in Powys.

The latest data covers a 48-hour period up until 9am on Friday, following a move to reporting figures only six days a week.

A total of 46 cases have been reported, and a further two deaths.
