Madam,

I wholeheartedly agree with John Lucas in last week’s Cambrian News when he says that, if he were a holiday-maker visiting this area, he would seriously think about returning due to the poor train service provided by Arriva. Unfortunately, the problems go way further as many others are probably aware. I was one of hundreds who signed the ‘Ghost Train’ petition following the news that the train would not stop at every station, inconveniencing many passengers.

Thankfully, the efforts of Rosy Berry and Labour Assembly Member Joyce Watson and all of those who signed the petition has enabled our concerns to be forwarded to the rail company and I for one look forward to a positive outcome from this petition.
