I refer to the article in last week’s Cambrian News, regarding Ceredigion Council’s refusal to reveal details of the contract with Pricewaterhouse Cooper.

The contract is funded by what seems an almost indecent amount of public money, and therefore surely the public has a right to see exactly where their local taxes are being spent. Good luck to the Cambrian News in their efforts to gain some insight into the detail of what would appear to be a questionable contract in terms of any value gained.
