Ivy Eley, of Cardigan, celebrated her 100th birthday with a food hamper from Cllr Lynford Thomas, chairman of Ceredigion County Council.
Mrs Eley also received a bouquet of flowers on behalf of Cardigan Town Council, from local member Cllr John Adams-Lewis.
