Surely this advert for a job placement scheme which I saw in Job Centre Plus in Aberystwyth and being promoted by the Welsh Government and the EU, should not be allowed (http://www.gowales.co.uk/eligibility.html)?

It’s offering paid job placements, one of the criteria for which is that applicants qualify for it if they are ‘From a Black and/or Minority Ethnic background’.

I don’t expect to see jobs and educational chances advertised that exclude people of certain ethnicities.
