We locals all know there is a problem in the narrow streets of Harlech so, rather than yellow lines, make the high street one-way, south to north, and the hill one way down.

Trucks of the larger kind could be allowed to pass both ways. I have seen smaller types use the hill. When I visit Harlech from Llanbedr I always exit via the hill, which would be easier with no approaching traffic. You could have short-stay parking along the street, giving enough time to pop into the chemist and shops. Of course it would not suit a few, but it would be of benefit to many more.
