A prominent shop on Aberystwyth's Great Darkgate Street has been bought by Peacocks.

Posting to social media, Ceredigion estate agent, Morgan & Davies, said they were pleased to confirm the sale of 24 Great Darkgate Street Aberystwyth to Peacocks.

The post added: "Great to see confidence in the town’s main retail centre with the return of Peacocks who will replace Poundland.
