Madam,

Over the past six months, I have been admitted to Bronglais Hospital on at least three occasions. The treatment and care I have received has been exemplary. I couldn’t have wished for more.

The care and understanding I received from the staff during what turned out to be a massive trauma in my life was outstanding, above and beyond the call of duty.
