Editor,
I’m astonished to learn that Plaid, the Lib Dems and the Greens have joined forces to fight this election together in a betrayal of choice for their own supporters and the democratic vote that carried the day to leave Europe three years ago.
They use a flimsy excuse that those who voted out did so in a hasty way or have since changed their mind. I have never doubted my choice between the two evils.
I have been a solid Plaid supporter through my life and have supported their election funds many times in the past, as well as been a member, and now they have turned their back on us, their supporters.
I’m left with the choice of voting either Labour, with their appalling economic record every time they have been in power, or some other fringe party which does not have a proper, comprehensive manifesto.
And that leaves one choice, that is the Conservatives, who we as a family will be lending our support to until these pack of three understand what real People Power means, and meddling in democratic choices is certainly not an option.
