Portmeirion village became a beacon on Thursday evening as it was lit up in all the colours of the rainbow to show support for our frontline workers.

The Italianite village on the Dwyryd Estuary looked stunning as all the buildings glowed in the colours of the rainbow with a special ‘Diolch’ message and hearts beamed onto walls.

The popular Gwynedd destination is currently closed due to the coronavirus crisis.
