Flooding has led to the closure of part of the A470 in Gwynedd.

The road is closed in both directions at Dolgellau.

Traffic Wales, the Welsh Government’s traffic information service for motorways and trunk roads in Wales, issued an alert about the closure shortly after 2pm this afternoon.

Local diversions are in place.
