Madam,

I recently visited a friend who requires care in Bryn Ystwyth, Penparcau. It was distressing to see the state of the bins, recycling and other, but also the fact that furniture, broken mirrors, old mattresses and sofas were dumped in a cul-de-sac where cars are parked.

I can understand the distress this is causing and also how all the bins are in disrepair without lids. This is disgusting, especially since Mid Wales Housing are responsible for the site.

Children are playing outside, there are broken mirrors and this is causing a lack of parking. There are no notices to say which bins are for recycling, black bin rubbish or even garden waste. It resembles a land tip.

What is more distressing is the tip at Glanyrafon is so close!
