My husband had to go to Ceredigion last week, and he noticed the amount of forests on the way being cleared.

He spoke of his devastation to see beautiful woodlands being cleared and the terrible mess being left behind was sad to see.

These trees are also cover for the many birds that live there – and we wonder about their decline.

Governments round the world including Wales have pledged to plant more trees yet it seems Wales can’t cut trees down quickly enough.

We all know that trees give out oxygen so it is obvious that we need to stop this deforestation and start to think of the consequences to us all.
